Farmers are intimately related to the environment by nature. Each year, winemakers have to turn specific climate conditions into a beautiful vintage. By taking in consideration the slightest temperature, sunlight or rainfall nuances, vine growers are at the leading edge of climatic change awareness.
Wine agronomy and culture are at stake. During lectures and consulting missions, VINDÊME SYMPOSION links climate, business, culture and patrimony dimensions to think ahead inevitable changes and endeavor to put into practice sustainable production models.

Getting professionally involved with them after the writing of “Esthétique du Vin - Conversations pour amateurs” was a no-brainer decision. Family business is undoubtedly the best type of company to achieve great wines, therefore the world of wines needs empowered families, and I am glad to participate in this great cause through the innovative workshops and seminars we organise together.
